A Good Reason to Garden

So why dig in the dirt? Why pull weeds and stickers? Why should we work so hard to get the yard and gardens looking good?

Well, for memories like these of course!

Notice a smiling baby means there are no stickers in that yard!

Oh, and smiles like these make all those back aches and blisters all worth it!

How about you? Why do you garden?

We hope you are making the most of this beautiful weather. Maybe you are even getting some time to "hang out" and "kick" back and relax!

  1. Adorable! I agree - stickerless yards are wonderful! My grandmother used to keep her yard immaculate. We always ran around it barefoot, but her neighbor's yard had tons of stickers! It was a good way to keep up in bounds!

  2. Growing up in Odessa, my mom could spot a sticker or 'goat head' a mile away. It only made me want to have the nicest yard on the block for my kids too. Good on ya!
