Gage Hotel Garden Tour Part II

I really enjoyed the landscaping at the historic Gage Hotel in Marathon, Texas! I hope you enjoy this tour as well.

So without further ado here are a few photos of the decor and landscaping that I liked:

I love the old saddle and bits being displayed. It makes me feel like I am at the ranch! I love antique western stuff!

Cool stone planter!
I love glazed pots! These red ones are great. I had started my collection of glazed pots before I saw these.
There are aqua pots in the pool area. Love that color too!
Love this old tree! Big trees are jewels out here!
This fountain is wonderful.

Hope you enjoyed the quick tour. I had to do this quick tonight because there are wildfires all around us today and tonight. We live in West Texas and we have had wildfires and forty mile an hour winds today! Many friends and family have had homes and ranch land burned today. Our prayers go out to them. 3. What a beautiful hotel! The grounds are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing Kelsey. If we ever get back to Big Bend, you can bet I'll look this place up. I hope you're safe from the wildfires. I've been watching them burn up parts of West Texas. Pretty scary I'm sure.

  4. Yes, thank you for asking. We are good here. We had to evacuate on Saturday but it was for a short time. Did Boerne get rain?
